Hi I'm Bridget,
Owner of B Pilates and a Pilates obsessed mum of three.
My goal is to help all my clients to feel great!!
Classes are 45 mins of 'you time' where I will help support you to achieve your exercise, body and health goals in a fun, safe and inclusive space.
I am super excited to bring my love of Pilates to you all at my new home studio B Pilates.

I'M NEW TO PILATES, WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE I SIGN UP?
If you are new client the best pack for you to start on in our 3 class Intro pack. Get started in our Reformer Strength classes.
If you have an acute injury, health condition or are pregnant please be sure to email us at bridget@bpilates.co.nz before you book into a class.
DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP?
No we don't offer a free trial but we have a new client 3 class Intro pack. You can buy this pack on the pricing page and get booked into your first class.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?
Wear comfortable exercise gear. Bring a pair of socks and a water bottle.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
To keep things fair for all of our clients and staff we have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking 12 hours or less before the class start time you will still be charged for the class.
We also ask that if you need to cancel your class you do so on your app as soon as possible to give other clients the opportunity to get booked in.
HOW DO YOUR WAITLISTS WORK?
When a class if already fully booked you can opt to add yourself to a waitlist. If a space become available you will receive a notification via our app, you then have 15 mins to secure the available space. Just make sure your app notifications are switched on.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN ACUTE INJURY, HEALTH CONDITION OR I AM PREGNANT?
If you have an acute injury, health condition or you are pregnant it is often best to start of with a couple of private lessons before you join our group classes. Please get in touch before you get booked in so we that can assess your needs bridget@bpilates.co.nz
I'M HAVING TROUBLE BOOKING A CLASS, BUYING A PACK OR WITH MY APP?

HOW DO YOUR PACK EXPIRY DATES WORK?
Your pack expiry date starts from the date of purchase. For bigger multi-packs you have the option set the start date for your pack to suit your schedule. If you need to make any changes or have set the incorrect start date please get in touch so we can fix this for you.
